About the project

Appointed by Legacie Contracts Ltd, Quantum Facades delivers design, supply and installation of a high-performance façade and roofing package for this landmark Baltic Triangle development.

The building features an A2 fire-rated rainscreen cladding system by Genius Facades, complemented by a Fatra single-ply roofing system selected for durability, weather resistance and thermal efficiency.

Approach

Genius Flat Panels with certified A2 fire performance, 150mm Rockwool Duo Slab insulation, and Plastestrip Fastframe bracket and rail — paired with Fatra single-ply membrane roofing for urban resilience.
